Meas is a Postdoctoral Researcher at emLab studying the environmental impacts of energy transitions. Her current work focuses on applying energy modeling and empirical analyses to evaluate decarbonization pathways. Prior to starting at emLab, she completed her Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering at the University of Southern California (USC). She also holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from USC and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
