Sarah Erickson

Bio

Sarah is the Strategic Partnerships and Communications Specialist at emLab where she turns novel research ideas into compelling project proposals and highlights emLab’s research findings through impactful communication materials. As a digital storyteller and communications strategist, Sarah has over five years of experience developing compelling communication products and engaging with diverse audiences. Previously, she was a Communications Consultant for the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations and WorldFish Center. She also was a Data Science Fellow with the Arctic Data Center at the National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis. Sarah holds a B.S. in Wildlife, Fisheries and Conservation Biology with a minor in Professional Writing from the University of California, Davis. In her spare time, she enjoys trail running, yoga, traveling, going to concerts, and sitting at coffee shops.
